Cancellation Policy
Our service providers are 100% commission based, when someone cancels at the last minute, it often means that the service provider will not get paid for that time. This is even more difficult to fill when someone no-shows. We have implemented the following cancellation/No-Show policy.
No show appointment or cancel within one hour of appointment – Client will be charged for 100% of the price of the service booked.
Cancel within 24 hours of appointment – Client will be charged 50% of the price of the service on the books.
Notice of Pricing Policy
As a company, we have endeavored to avoid price increases during these challenging times. However, due to inflation and the rising costs of materials, we have adopted a pricing model based on parts and labor. Our labor rates will be adjusted in line with inflation, and the cost of parts will reflect the prices set by our distributors.
